Cydney and Brad kiss-a-lot

On Sunday I photographed my second engagement shoot this weekend with Cydney and Brad who are getting married in September this year. I met with Cydney and Brad a few months ago after Cydney’s sister, Shannon, recommended me to her. The walk downtown by Capitol Hill and the Washington Monument was great time to catch up and sniff some information about Cydney’s dress, hearing about their vision of the wedding day photos and how they want to capture the day. We then skipped to you know where – Georgetown – my favorite engagement session spot. We even took a quick break and sat for coffee before moving on to our more sexy shoot!

Cydney and Brad have the cutest thing they do. Brad rests his head on Cydney’s and the smile she has at that moment – PRICELESS!

Pranisa and Louis got beat!

Yesterday, before a wedding, I photographed a great couple, Pranisa and Louis, who is a DJ. We wanted to capture both some of the walls of the Jefferson Memorial and some city shots, so we spent a few moments at the Jefferson until we got yelled at by the Park Ranger there. Permit?… yeah….

So we got some cool shots, and a few of Pranisa grooving to Louis’ jams. I’m really looking forward to the wedding in July! Congratulations guys!

Vinifera’s New Executive Chef, Bo Palker

The second shoot I did this week was on Friday, photographing Vinifera’s new Executive Chef, Bo Palker. The shoot was hilarious since the only way to I could getPalker to give me a real smile was to have General Manager Jason Meringolo pull some funny moves on us.
